HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I just wanted to wish everyone A Happy, Healthy and Crafty 2017!

There was certainly lots of turmoil in 2016 and I am sure everyone was glad when the election was done even if the outcome wasn’t what you hoped for.  Along with all the not so good things though I have lots to be thankful for.  I am in good health and I am surrounded by a loving family and I have made lots of friends in the crafting world.

I would like to share some of my favorite cards that I made in 2016.  I am excited to branch out and do some Mixed Media projects, Geli plate projects and of course trying new techniques in card making in the new year.

Here are a few of my recent cards.  I hope you enjoy them and if you would like to know more about any of them please post your questions.

See you all in 2017!

Sharon

My Last Post of 2016!

img_1795I am so sorry that it has been such a long time since my last post!  Time management is not my strongest suit.  My plan is to do much better this coming year.  I can’t promise to posting on a regular schedule but I will be posting more often.

I plan to join more challenges and posting my entries here on my blog.  Today I am posting an entry in Double D Challenges!  It is the Silver and Gold challenge.  I use the Hero Arts Monthly Hero creativity in a box kit.  I used the navy glimmer paper for my card base.  I then stamped in versamark the mask, the noise maker and party hat and heat embossed them in silver and gold.  Used my big shot to cut out the word Cheers in gold and then stamped and heat embossed the champagne bottle in gold and cut it out using the matching die.
